Field Gun Pull

Field Gun Pull

One of the weekend’s highlights was an obstacle course led by Basil Mills, where scouts tackled the “field gun pull.” Here, they marched with a trekking cart while towing a cannonโ€”culminating in the thrilling moment when they fired the cannon they had worked so hard to move! ๐Ÿ’ฅ

The weekend was not just about learning; it was also about making new friends and experiencing something unique. The bonds formed and lessons learned brought the region’s scouts closer together. ๐Ÿค
A big shoutout to organizers Stephen Stein, Simon Pienaar, Karl Whitlock, and Neil Oโ€™Brien, and a special thank you to Basil Mills for hosting the scouts on his farm and providing unforgettable team-building exercises. We also extend our gratitude to all the Scouters, parents, and especially the scouts for making this weekend one to remember!
