Scouts Canada invites South African Scouts to join the Canadian Jamboree to be held from July 08 to July 15 2017. Every four years Scouts Canada hosts a Canadian Jamboree.  The site of the Canadian Jamboree is moved to a different location each time, to allow participants to experience the rich cultural and geographic diversity of their country.

The location for 2017 will be Camp Nedooae, near Halifax, Nova Scotia (Latitude 45.0027 Longitude -63.233). This site  is conveniently located 36 kilometers from the Halifax Stanfield International Airport (CYHZ) which has direct connections to many North American airports, as well as Iceland, Ireland, England, France, Germany and Scotland.
