Devesh Reddy has officially resigned as SGL of 2nd Gonubie Sea Scout Group.
We thank Devesh for all the hard work, wish him all the best, and hope to see him again soon on the Scouting trail.
The District therefore needs to fill the position of SGL at 2nd Gonubie Sea Scouts Group and will need a person who can nurture and grow 2nd Gonubie Sea Scouts Group.

Role Description
Scout Group Leader(SGL) – 2nd Gonubie Sea Scout Group – Cape Border District
1. To lead, manage and coordinate the effective implementation of the Principles of SCOUTS South Africa (SSA) in
the Group, in accordance with SSA Constitution, Organisational Rules and Policies.

Application information
All Adult Members are invited to nominate a fellow member, or apply themselves, for the position. These positions are open to all persons who are active members, who meet the criteria given in the Organisational Rules, who live in the Cape Border area, have their own transport and are willing to travel, who feel that they can fulfil the job description, and want to take up the challenge.
Please also consider Adults that have been part of the movement in the past and could be approached to consider applying for the position and getting involved in Scouts again.
