We have a brand-new role for our Region to advertise – Regional Coordinator: Water Activities! We are happy to see the development of our Sea Scout Groups and this role is vital to their continued development, as well as the effective implementation of water activities for all Groups.

Role description
To establish maintain and chair a Regional Water Activities Committee which will oversee, assist and support the effective implementation of the Sea Scouting and Water Activities parts of the Scout, Cub, and Rover Programs of SCOUTS South Africa (SSA), in accordance with the Constitution, Organization Rules and Policies. Application information
All Adult Members are invited to nominate a fellow member, or apply themselves, for the position. These positions are open to all persons who are active members in good standing, who meet the criteria given in the Organisational Rules, who feel that they can fulfil the role description and want to take up the challenge. Should there be an applicant who is not a member of the Movement, or not be registered on SCOUTS.DIGITAL, they will need to also submit this form Application-for-Adult-Membership-Nov2022v6-Editable.pdf, with a copy of their ID and a criminal clearance certificate.
